Camilla has technical expertise within the areas of biology, microbiology, aquaculture, biotechnology, agriculture and food science, including fish industry and functional foods.
She has experience in identification of inventions, drafting and handling of patent applications, Freedom-To-Operate analyses and litigations. Furthermore, she has experience with the use of IPR-analyses as a tool for risk management and idea generation in processes of development.
Camilla gives counseling on IPR strategies and structuring of companies’ IPR work, as well as she teaches clients who wish to develop their knowledge of IPR in their companies. She has previously taught IPR at The Bioscientific Faculty of Foodstuffs, Veterinary Medicine and Natural Resources at Copenhagen University.
Camilla has been working as a patent attorney since 2006.
